CIP Professional Services AB is a research-based development and business consultancy company, specialized in helping companies and other technology-intensive organizations to address the challenges of building, managing and governing technology-based business.
Drawing upon over 15 years of interdisciplinary research in management, business, law and technology, we consist of a small operational team with complementary backgrounds in technology, business and law. Supported by a large international expert network, we have worked nationally and internationally with more than 60 clients since inception in 2006. Typical clients include MNCs, SMEs and universities in knowledge- and technology-intensive fields such as automotive, medical technology, agriscience and ICT.
Created as the operative branch of the Center for Intellectual Property (CIP), an academic platform between Chalmers University of Technology and University of Gothenburg, the company is a subsidiary to Chalmers Industriteknik and the holding company at University of Gothenburg. There are no private claims of ownership to the company.
