CIP Professional Services' mission is to be a pioneering business developer serving a knowledge-based world. We draw on a background of over 15 years of interdisciplinary research, solid business experience and multinational networks of top expertise. We are a subsidiary of the Chalmers Industriteknik foundation, arising out of the CIP platform in the interface between Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg University and international industry.
We are not a company tied to earnings pressure and increased return to our shareholders. Instead, we constantly search for ways to develop our team and tools to rise above the challenges of the contemporary business world. We connect with researchers and work with companies who want to explore the business potential of the knowledge economy.

Intellectual asset management
We help our clients identify, capture, control and manage technology and knowledge as:

Knowledge & Technology transaction management
We help our clients control, package and govern knowledge and technology in different transactions including Commercialization (E.g. technology, patent and brand licensing) and Development (E.g. partnerships, open innovation, joint-ventures, and technology licensing)
We have worked with technology start-ups, small and medium sized growth companies as well as multinational enterprises. We have helped them to build maps of key assets, value propositions and networks for informed decision making, to build open innovation and govern technology, to transition from products to concepts, to build IP strategies, to establish license relationships,
with financial valuations, with executive and management training and more.
